Cat Supplies

There are countless different types of cat supplies. Generally speaking cats require less maintenance than dogs, and thus require fewer supplies. However, like all animals, there are many supplies that may not be necessary, but will be appreciated by your cat.

Cats need kitty litter a kitty litter box, and you will need a scooper of some sort, unless you have a self cleaning kitty litter box. Other cat supplies they need are food and water and something to eat and drink them out of. Besides that all they need is love and attention.

Other cat supplies that may be not be necessary but a good idea include cat collars, identification tags, scratching posts and cat toys. Identification tags are a good idea to have on the cat for safety purposes. You will also need a collar to hold these. Cat collars can be fancy or simple; it doesn’t matter as long as the collar is not too tight or too loose. Scratching posts and toys will keep the cat from using your furniture as a scratching post.
